The bottle is embossed THIS BOTTLE NEVER SOLD OR GIVEN AWAY / circle with WAKEFIELD DAIRY / bust of George Washington / WASHINGTON, DC inside / 41 L ST. S. E. on the front. Also embossed WAKEFIELD / SIMPSON / BROS INC. / DAIRY in frame on the back. Dated 1941. About 5.5 inches tall. No chips or cracks.
