    VOC Exempt Fast to Medium Dry Kosmic Reducer
    The only reducers we recommend for use with the House of Kolor System
    RU300 can be used to reduce all Kosmic System products: Kandys, Clears, and all Shimrin basecoats. It will not change the VOC content of any product it is added to, and will not react with any coating. It is a fast to medium dry reducer that can be blended with other reducers for varied dry times.
