California In Placer County.   Note 3 Digit Phone Number.  MINT Condition with No Chips or Cracks.  The makers mark under the Base is for Owens Illinois plant #23 (Los Angeles).  The 4 embossed to the right of the Makers Mark indicates the bottle was produced in 1944.   Lucky High Bidder pays only Actual Shipping charges for a 2.5 lb. package sent Priority Mail from Northern Cal.
