Exchanges and Returns:
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return/exchange items must be brand new to qualify for exchange and/or return.
Return/exchange shipping costs are buyers' responsibility both to and from destinations. If returned, we will deduct shipping cost when refunding for the returned item. Even though shipping was free for the customer we will still have to deduct shipping fee charged by a shipping company from us. Returned items will be inspected for a sign of usage before exchanging or refunding. Any sign of perfume, smoke, pet hair, wash, stain, wear, tear, deformation, etc will make the shirt disqualified for exchange or refund.
