* I recycle and restore toilets EVERY DAY, ALL WEEK, ALL YEAR. I only accept the excellent condition bowls.
NO CRACKS OR CHIPS. But most bowl basins have a
slight
indication of hard water inside the basin
(likely invisible when water is in it). The
the rest of the porcelain of the bowl is in near mint condition. Occasionally minor surface flaws such small dings, scratches, bumps, marks or other imperfections are discovered and reported above. If the bowl has heavy hard water staining or other obvious eyesore flaws I do not salvage it. Any flaws that are discovered are described in listing and photographed if possible. I usually have 4 complete toilets of this model in stock and always send my best one.
One of the best, complete flushes!
The toilet is in excellent working condition. No clogs, no cracks, no leaks.
**No guts, no hardware, no plastic seat. You will only receive porcelain tank, lid and bowl. You may easily obtain for or less a universal toilet tank kit that includes "2 inch" flush valve, flapper, fill valve, lever, tank to bowl gasket, and brass bolts. Make sure the overflow tube on the flush valve is 9 inches so that this toilet will utilize it's big flush ability.

***“Clean” used toilet:
*** Tanks are cleaned. Front and sides of tank are cleaned thoroughly. Inside, underneath and backside of tank may or may not show signs of stains, paint, etc. but are unimportant because they are not visible when tank is installed on bowl and with lid sitting on top. Grinder marks on underside of tank by bolt holes may be present because original tank bolts may have rusted requiring grinder to remove original bolts.
*** Lids are cleaned. Front, top, and sides of lid are cleaned thoroughly. Underneath and backside of lid may or may not show signs of stains, paint, etc. but are unimportant because they are not visible when lid is installed on tank. Any chips on bottom or back of lid that are not visible when installed on tank are unimportant and are not reported.
***Bowls are cleaned. Front, top, sides, rim, basin, and all “shiny” surfaces are cleaned thoroughly. Underneath of bowl may or may not show signs of previous wax ring, stains, paint, etc. but are unimportant because they are not visible when bowl is installed and bolted to the floor.
