    Description

CBS/Paramount TV Prop Plaque Certificate (likely from) THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL
Up for sale is a one of a kind CBS or Paramount studio TV prop of a State of California certificate saying "NORMAN WALLACE, ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY" is allowed to practice law.  The plaque has a lot of detail so I believe it was used on camera--perhaps there was a character NORMAN WALLACE or this was an award to be presented and Norman Wallace wasn't played by an actor but just talked about--if the later is true, my guess is this is from THE  BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL, because of CBS connection and their plot lines with District Attorney's and I got another prop from that show.  The fake diploma is dated 1981, but the character could be older and that not be the year of the filming.  This needs some investigating.  The plaque is 16.25" x 13.5".  It's in excellent condition.  It's a heavy piece.  The text is from various sources so this is a crafted piece--not a used real certificate.  The prop people were always clever whenever they could get away with it.  There are two signatures on the plaque--often the were other crew people, characters, guest actors etc.  So the signatures need some investigating as well.  Check out my other prop awards.
*Please note that my shipping time is up to 5 business days as I have multiple jobs and can only ship one day a week.  If you happen to purchase after I return from the post office on shipping day it will be a full week wait until I am able to ship again.  But most people will have a much shorter wait and some will have very fast shipping.  No one will have to wait more than 5 business days.  Thank you for understanding.
