Returns & Defect:
If you receive an item and are not satisfied or item is not listed correctly

with our customers, our goal is customer satisfaction.
We ship all items via USPS ONLY and Fully Insured to the lower 48 U.S.States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico MUST contact us first prior to bidding for
shipping rate(s). We DO NOT ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Box. No Exceptions.
Please Note: We only ship out Monday thru Thursday during regular business days.
We--alexandersauctions-- are not responsible for the shipper's errors. Weather, lost packages or any other issues of that nature by the shipper are out of our control. If any losses occur, compensation to you the customer
must wait until the shipper resolves the situation, usually between 15-25 business days. NO EXCEPTIONS. Also should any item be received damaged/broken, the buyer agrees to save all packing materials from shipment
