    Description

    Here is a wonderful Circa 1910 Buff and Buff theodolite transit. It is in absolutely pristine condition! All optics look fine. The focuser works well. The compass is a work of craftsmanship!
    It may be a few degrees off to the east. The compass lack works well. All knobs turn well, except the one on the West side of the tower. It seems gummy and works tightly. The level bubble
    works well. The brass is dull and needs a cleaning. I will leave that up to you. Tripod is NOT included. You need a Buff and Buff tripod, which are hard to find.
    The scope is about 11 3/4" long, fully extended it is about 12 3/4" long. The box measures about 16 1/4" x 11 x 10 1/4".
    The box is in very good condition, it comes with a working lock, and key. This will make a great display for home, workshop, office, or classroom!!!
