Shipping Terms

We will not, under any circumstances, ship anything internationally. We are not participants in the global shipping program (eBay GSP). Please don't email asking if we can make an exception - we won't.
We screen each address for a valid, deliverable address within the United States and its territories. If we see drop shipping or freight forwarding evidence in the address, the transaction will be cancelled, the payment will be reversed, the item will be relisted, and you will be blocked from buying from us in the future.
Item Terms
Unless otherwise noted, or marked "As-Is" or "Parts Only", our items are in 100% functional condition when they leave this location. If the units are delivered Dead on Arrival (DOA), then we will assume shipping mishandling and file an insurance claim.
Given the fair and accurate presentation & and description of the product condition, we will not accept any return requests or issue any refunds for any reason.
All sales are final, so please be sure this is something you want before you bid/buy it.
The only exception is in the case of shipping mishandling that damaged the product, which can be demonstrated.
It is incumbent on the buyer to demonstrate the damage (via pictures and a description sent through the eBay portal), as well as return the product before we will begin the process of issuing you a refund. In these cases, you would get a full refund of your purchase amount.

Fighting Fraud - We Actively Pursue It!!

We will provide serial number(s), identifying marks, purchase information, buyer contact information, email communications, and anything else requested by those parties to fight fraud. We will also pursue chargeback fraud with this same rigor, and
we win those cases every single time.
