Doctor Who original screen used prop GALLIFREY SIGN 50th Anniversary Dr. Who TV

This was found in the trash bin after filming the 50th Anniversary special episode!
It's a thin plastic "sign" with Gallifreyan symbols on it. It's torn and wrinkled (because it was thrown away) but a friend of mine saved it. Yes, he digs through the rubbish for me. LOL! This will still frame up and display nicely.
I don't remember seeing this exact one on screen. Do any of you remember? The closest I found is shown in my last pic. Look at the arrows!
