The EPBR2 is a Sandwich Prep Table from Everest with a Back Mounted Condensing Unit. The worktop on this refrigerator is constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel, while the interior and sides are also made of stainless steel. The rear and bottom are constructed of galvanized steel. The Blizzard R290 condensing unit is replaceable, doesn't require on-site brazing and features reverse fan motors which support condenser coil cleaning. The EPBR2 utilizes environmentally friendly refrigerant R290. The factory preset temperature is 35°F. Temperatures can range from 33°F to 54°F.
