James Brown signed Performance contract from the christies auction

Beautiiful and rare James Brown signed Compensation Agreement.  It is dated Spetember 9th 1980 between James Brown the godfather of Sould and Jeri Jo Productions in Nevada.
this came from the Christies auction of James Brown's  done in 2008 (see attached image).  the blue cover has a small rip in it (not the actual signed  document).  the Notary seal is shown raised in the paper.  This is the real deal
