  • Condition: very nice condition, has been kept in original wood case. There is a service tag on the inside lid of the box dated 6/15/1978 from K&E. The eye shade is covering the tag in the photos.

    Description

    Keuffel & Esser Co. model NP5155 transit level. Serial number 154207 dates this to the 1957 production year. This comes in the original wooden box with a shade, the lens cap and wood tripod. The level bubble and adjusters all work as they should and the unit rotates and angles precisely. A beautiful smooth working piece of engineering from the past. This was owned by a personnel builder friend of mine in the Princeton, NJ area. I have listed this as pickup only as I hesitate to ship due to its delicacy.
