Mindhunter Netflix Production Used Richmond Police Plaque

From the hit Netflix Original Series Mindhunter comes this production used Richmond Police Department plaque. I am unsure if this is seen at all as I can't find it in Season 1, so it's possible that it will be seen in Season 2.
This was personally obtained through a Netflix prop liquidation sale held at the studios Mindhunter Season 1 & 2 were filmed in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. This was not "advertised" as a Mindhunter sale, however, Mindhunter is the only Netflix series recently filmed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and there was plenty of Mindhunter items with labels at the sale.
