Being offered is an original black and white photographic negative of Boston & Maine Railroad EMD SW-1 diesel unit No. 1117.  The view is a right 3/4 shot of the unit taken at East Deerfield, MA, on August 18, 1974.  The identity of the photographer is unknown.  The negative measures approximately 2 1/4 inches square, is well composed, and in sharp focus.  Fine roster shot that should make excellent prints.
