MIGHT
need to be reprogrammed to your VIN in order to function correctly. Please contact your certified mechanic and/or local dealership for more information

Please note: we will NOT accept any returns which have been modified, taken-apart, parts replaced, or otherwise different from the item shown in the photos and shipped. Warranty will also be void for these items, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
The 30 day period starts when the tracking number shows that the part was delivered.  No labor warranty is provided.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.
To return an item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

East Troy Auto Recyclers ships to US addresses within the 48 states only via USPS Priority or USPS First Class, UPS Ground, FedEX Ground, or Spee-Dee Delivery. USPS is the primary carrier we use, however larger packages may go UPS or FedEX. SpeeDee delivery will be used when the destination is within their delivery range.
Because we offer free shipping, the shipping carrier we use is at our own
discretion
. If a buyer would like us to ship a specific carrier, please contact us prior to purchase so we can figure out the cost difference and apply it to the purchase price prior to the order.
Items are shipped Monday through Friday. Items purchased on weekends or holidays will ship within the next 1 to 2 business days.

Core Charge.

A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade
- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade
- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade
- A part that has not yet been graded.
