Legally, when we release the shipment over to the freight company, the freight company owns it.
When you receive the item and sign for it, you own it. Therefore, it is imperative that you carefully inspect your shipment for any damage.
All freight shipments are insured against accidental damage. In the event damage has occurred on your shipment, you, the receiver of the shipment
MUST INSPECT THE SHIPMENT BEFORE SIGNING OFF ON THE DELIVERY!  Any major damage must be notated on the bill of laden (freight bill).  Take pictures.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Per ebay policy, you have within 14 days to contact us about a return. If you are not happy with your purchase and we are unable to make things right, then we will accept a return under these specific conditions. Other than ?ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED?; If returns are necessary, the buyer will be required to pay all return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
