It appears to be in good condition but I don't know much about this instrument so please ask any questions you may have.
It appears all is intact with the exception of a small brass screw missing from an adjusting knob, seen in one of the photos included.
It is indeed a rare collectible piece, would make a superb addition to any engineers desk or surveyors mantelpiece and surely a must for old theodolite collectors...
