Red Hood Batarangs from Batman the Animated Series.
Initially introduced as Batman's new Robin, Jason Todd was killed by Joker in "Batman: A Death in the Family." While the hero stayed dead for many years, he later returned as Red Hood, a vigilante willing to employ much more brutal methods to takedown criminals. Red Hood has now entered the Batman: The Animated Series universe with the preview for Alan Burnett, Paul Dini, Ty Templeton, Monica Kubina and Josh Reed's Batman: The Adventures Continue, which shows Jason hunting Joker.
These are about 9.25 in long (see pic) and 3 in wide.  These are printed in PLA and are very rigid and will stand up to any cosplay.
