I have been collecting autographs for many, many years. Dealing with many reputable dealers, fellow collectors, and sometimes the artist either by mail or in person. In most cases I do not have COAs. I will do my best to offer as much information as possible on how I came about the item I'm offering. I would strongly suggest that you become familiar with the signature of the person in question.
