PICTURES COMING SOON....Scott A style mandolin needs setup, small repair, tobacco sunburst finish 80's. Hello everyone, I am selling a Scott brand, A style pear shaped mandolin, it has an arched front with F holes and a black pickguard, I would say this is made in the 1980's probably Taiwan or Korea but am not sure really. It resembles a Hondo or a Lotus brand mandolin from around the same time period. I bought this mandolin on here used, about 2 years ago and didn't do much with it. You know how that goes. It comes with the following items; a new nut of black TUSQ, because the old one is cracked. A new tailpiece that is more the bluegrass style shaped one, new in pkg. Four new Fender mandolin picks, tortoiseshell color. A brand new unopened set of strings. Its original adjustable bridge.
This instrument will need minor fixing and setup, if you buy it I hope you know how to do all that anyway. Selling it with the understanding that its AS-IS condition with parts included to fix it.
