    Description

    I an NOT a surveyor.  Turns on.  Nothing seems wrong.  I'm not sure how to test this thing.  Case is a write-off -- broken clip and rusted hinges.  Level feels solid.
    Recently tested the fine adjustment locks (to answer an eBay question.  They work.)
