    The True TSSU-60-24M-B-ST is a 15.5 Cu. Ft. capacity 2 door sandwich and salad prep table. The exterior of the prep table is constructed of a stainless steel front, top and ends with a matching aluminum finished back. The interior is constructed of an NSF approved aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners. The True TSSU-60-24M-B-ST comes with a full length removable cutting board, a refrigerated pan rail and twenty four clear polycarbonate insert pans with foam insulated lids. Both refrigerated sections contain two adjustable, heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves. The entire cabinet structure of the True TSSU-60-24M-B-ST contains high density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to ensure that the refrigerator holds a consistent temperature from +33
