We do not ship on weekends, or any US Postal holidays.
We provide tracking to all customers.
If the customer disputed delivery, we will provide proper delivery tracking information to customer. If the delivery tracking states delivery to the shipping address provided by Customer, then Customer will accept this tracking as final proof of delivery, even in the event the customer did not sign for package.
If address provided is a PO Box, we may also need a physical address for some shipping.
Shipping Errors - Customer must notify us with in 14 days of any shipping errors and we will work through how to correct the error.
Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping address information. If the package was shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer takes full responsibility to retrieve package.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We have domestic combined shipping set up for all our items.
For Sweatshirts or Sweatpants it's .99 for the first item .99 for each additional item.For other items check the listing.
We combine shipping on multiple orders. Just "Add to cart" for all of your selections.
Then view your cart and click "Request Total from Seller" or if you are in a rush you can complete the purchase and payment.
We'll follow up and refund you shipping discount via PayPal.
To purchase multiple items to get the combined discount: -Choose your color and/or size from the drop down menu, and the click the add to cart button. Repeat this step for each item you what to purchase. -After you have completed the first step, click the cart button in the upper right side of the screen.
-To purchase the item immediately, click the Buy It Now button in the listing. To put the item in your eBay shopping cart to purchase later, click the Add to cart button. On the next page, click the Proceed to checkout button. Review your purchase information, and then click the Confirm and pay button.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use Ebay's Global shipping eBay ships the items to you not us,
we send the items to ebay in Kentucky, then they send it to you,
we can not adjust or change this cost only ebay can.
the advantage is they can ship the items for half of what it would cost me, however you must use eBay's calculator to see the cost, it will not work for me, it goes by your registered address. in the listing on eBay go to the shipping section it will show costs to your country Here is a link to ebay's page on the program

Payment
All customers will receive a payment notification to the e-mail address associated with their eBay account. Payment must be made within 7 days of checkout, or the item will be forfeited, and a non-payment dispute will be opened with eBay and Paypal to recover the closing fees of the sale. Items purchased are usually shipped with 1-5 business days when payment is made before 10am EST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
We do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays. Payments received after 10am EST, on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day and will be shipped with 1-5 business days
Returns
Once Customer checks out from the shopping cart, Customer accept & honor the Return Policy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, You may return the items for an refund as long as the items are in the original condition, (washed or worn items will not be accepted) within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Refunds will be issued only after items are returned, to us in resalable condition.
We do not exchange items, please place another order for the items you would like, and return the unwanted items.
To return an item simply place your product in a box with a copy of your invoice and return the package.
We do not refund any shipping charges, only the price of the item returned. Merchandise must be in original condition ( not worn or washed ). Washed & Worn items will be returned at customers expense.
We cannot accept returns on any items special orders. (like customized printed items etc)
Defective Merchandise- we stand behind all our items, we will replace or refund payment for any item, that is damaged, or misrepresented in ad. Contact us for a return authorization of defective merchandise. We will not accept defective items without return authorization. Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
