The fiberglass urine diverter is strong and sturdy with an easy-to-clean gelcoat surface. It separates the urine from the poo, which keeps your waterless composting toilet odor free and easy to maintain.
The urine diverter is the most effective way of diverting urine away from the solids. The urine diverter can easily be placed between the lid of the composting toilet and the seat or can be attached with runners or screws to the bottom of the compost toilet seat platform and can be easily removed for periodic cleaning.
A urine capture bottle sits directly under the spout and a bucket or pale sits under the poop chute. An alternative to using a bottle is to divert the urine to an external container or soak pit. To divert you attach a hose to the urine spout and extends to the exterior container or soak pit.
