Vintage Unrestored Delta 17" Floor Drill Press Table Paper Serial No 21-6289 Tag. Hello we have a vintage drill press from the 1940s. This machine has been sitting for years. Selling for parts repair restore. Working condition unknown. Has cutler hammer controls, three phase motor 1/2 hp, I have not tried up and down on the table, quill and Chuck were good, no chuck key, nice Jacobs ball bearing chuck, table is rusty free of holes, back of belt guard was cut out, selling as is as found condition.
