Cute 1940s girls skirt in 100% cotton, pleated, and the most adorable 1940s anchor print ever. It might have had a top to match as there are buttonholes all around inside the waistband. It will need a button to close. Not faded, no holes or stains. I didn’t wash it, as found. Looks like something out of The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society"
