The Mad Doctor “Mickey in Peril” Cel Reproduction “Mad Doctor — Mickey in Peril” was created from Scene 45 in the classic Mickey Mouse short. Mickey is in distress about to be sawed in half from the nefarious Doctor XXX” in this great black and white cel image. The original short was directed by David Hand, with animation by Art Babbitt. The original cartoon short was released in 1933. This hand painted and inked original would make any collection shine. Pairs well with the part 1 cel from the same short.
