This is a hand painted, Original Production cel from
"A Wish for Wings that Work" ca 1991 animated short. Based on the book of the same name by Berkeley Breathed. Cel size is 13 x 11.5 inches. Characters are all hand painted on the cel. Piece is a one of a kind. Comes with a Universal/MCA Certificate of Authenticity. The short was produced by Amblin Entertainment.
