    The two Patient Room ID Plaques have names of actual GRIMM Production/Crew Members (Set Dressers)... see below ...
    Just use GOOGLE by typing in your browser and search for "IMDb Brady Condit" and you will see that
    *Brady Condit was the on-set dresser for 18 episodes on the GRIMM TV Series 2011-2012 / Season One
    and by searching for "IMDb Tami Galvin" you will see that
    *Tami Galvin was the set dresser - 80 episodes / 2012-2015, buyer - 3 episodes 2012, and graphic designer - 1 episode 2017.
    *I haven't found screen shots but since the set dressers (named on the ID plaques) worked on Grimm Seasons one and two ... I presume they might be there!

    The Two Patient Room Signs measure 8" long x 2.25" wide each. Each one weighs 1.9 oz.
    Thick textured paper with patient information printed on one side with black letters, slides into a white metal (probably aluminum) holder. When the thick textured paper is removed, two holes are revealed for wall attachment. No screws are included. Please refer to photos...
    Yes after SIX successful seasons on NBC, the GRIMM TV Series has wrapped up production in Portland Oregon USA in mid-March 2017 sold off the contents of a 40,000 square foot warehouse full of props, costumes and memories!
